PREVIEW:  Thursday Auction items may be previewed on Wednesday (the day before the sale) from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm and on Thursday (the day of the sale) from 11:00 am to Sale Time.


TERMS:   All bidders must register and provide proper identification.  Complete payment immediately following sale.  Payment may be made with cash, personal & business checks with proper ID. VISA, MasterCard, & Discover accepted in person or over the phone on day of sale ONLY.   13% Buyer's Premium, 3% discount when paying with cash or check.  Snack bar. 

Note:  Some items may be sold subject to confirmation.


AS IS:  Everything will be sold "AS IS, WHERE IS".  Buyer shall rely entirely on their own inspection

and information.

Absentee Online Bidding Instructions



What is an Online Absentee Bid?

An online absentee bid is a way to tell the Auctioneer

that although you will not be at the auction, you are interested in an item --

up to a certain dollar amount (your maximum bid).

That bid amount will go up against the bids from patrons at the live auction.

The amount you bid should be the very highest price you will pay.

We will represent your bid as if you were attending the auction yourself.

For example, if you left a $100 bid on an item and

the last bid from the audience was $50,

the next bid ($60) would be your bid.



(13% Buyer's Premium will be added to the winning bid, along with sales tax

where applicable.)

To place an Online Absentee Bid you must

register as a Buyer.


When you register, the bidding system will ask you

for credit card information.

We cannot charge any amount to the credit card you give us for registration.

It is simply a verification of ability to pay for a winning bid.

(We are not set up for online payments.)



You are the winning bidder! Now what?



You will be notified by phone on Thursday

evening if you have the winning bid.


Arrangement for payment and pick up will be requested at that time.

Credit card information must be provided before the end of the auction, as payment by credit card is

not accepted the next day.



You must pay with cash or check no later than

the day after the auction, by noon if possible.
